Friday April 24th, 2009, Tom Abbott and his wife Leah and stepson Chad lost all of their possessions in a house fire. There was no renter's insurance, and the family is on a fixed income. My goal is to raise as much money as possible by June 5th to help the family rebuild their lives and I hope you'll help me. Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated. No amount is too small!
Reasons I'm asking for your help:
-Needing to come up with money for rent and deposit
-Fixed income
-Basics like food and clothing were destroyed
-No renter's insurance
-Both Tom and Leah are disabled
-Serious medical expenses prevent them from having a very flexible dollar amount to rebuild their lives with
